  I went to Julia Grace Salon for a cut and color. The first person I met with and I must have had a large miscommunication. My cut was perfect but the color was nothing like what I asked for. They immediately offered a correction but it still wasn't where it should have been. However I still give them a 4 because after speaking with the owner she really wanted the chance to make things right, was completely understanding, and never once made me feel bad. They rescheduled me with another stylist and she could not have done a better job. I wanted a mahogany balayage type thing and she nailed it. I will definitely go back to the second stylist again.
